One of our North shore and Eastern suburbs trainers, Dave is also an avid plant-based athlete who is passionate about the study of life and wellbeing. For the last 13 years Dave has been practicing the physical art of bodyweight conditioning, and now help people experience the benefits of this lifestyle.

Dave loves to travel and learn new practices, spending a fair bit of is time in Asia practicing martial arts, yoga, and meditation.
