Injury Rehabilitation

John Cawley www.plantbasedlife.com.au   As a Personal trainer, I get to help people at varying levels of fitness, some of which, are already extremely fit and need assistance in certain areas, while others have no previous training experience or have injuries/health conditions. I have had injuries myself and know how it can have a negative impact on training. I like to focus heavily on mobility and flexibility with all my clients to help prevent injuries while also providing rehabilitation for any existing injuries or muscle imbalances.
