Green Machine Smoothie

  • 2 Cups Plant Based Milk, (Almond, Rice or Soy)
  • 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1/2 apple, sliced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Small handful of fresh mint

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
