Orange, Carrot & Ginger Smoothie

  • 2 cups of plant based milk, (or 1 cup of plant based milk and one cup of fresh orange juice)
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 banana or 1/2 avocado
  • Handful of fresh coriander

 

METHOD

Blend all the ingredients together and serve with a slice of lime.
