- 2 cups of plant based milk, (or 1 cup of plant based milk and one cup of fresh orange juice)
- 1 orange peeled and segmented
- 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1/2 banana or 1/2 avocado
- Handful of fresh coriander
Blend all the ingredients together and serve with a slice of lime.
