- 2 Cups Sprouted Quinoa
- 4 Cups of Water
- 2 tbsp. Cumin
- 1 tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 2 Limes, Juiced overtop
- 1 Handful of parsley & cilantro *optional
- 1 Avocado, Sliced *optional
Instructions:
1. Sprout the quinoa
2. Garnish with fresh raw veggies
