Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Sprouted Quinoa
  • 4 Cups of Water
  • 2 tbsp. Cumin
  • 1 tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Limes, Juiced overtop
  • 1 Handful of parsley & cilantro *optional
  • 1 Avocado, Sliced *optional

Instructions:

1. Sprout the quinoa

2. Garnish with fresh raw veggies

3. Enjoy!
