My Immunity Bomb Recipe

6 Years ago I started making my own home remedies whenever I felt a cold or flu symptoms coming on. It started with me boiling water and adding to a cup with freshly squeezed lemon juice and some ginger but over the years it has evolved as I have learnt about the importance of other ingredients.


Here is My Immunity Bomb Recipe;


1 Whole Lemon Juiced

1 or 2 Cloves Grated Garlic, Can add more if you want, but beware your breath may scare people away, you will also seat it out :)

Fresh Ginger grated, I add a lot of ginger, but you may want to build up slowly, start with what tastes good for you

Sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper Powder

1 Tablespoon of a good organic Vitamin C Powder, (I use Wild C by Eden Healthfoods)


There you go, that is my recipe, all of these ingredients have numerous health benefits but combined this is a powerful elixir to combat any cold / flu symptoms. Whenever I feel a cold or cough or something developing I have about three cups of this in a 12 hour period and usually by the next day the symptoms have subsided or significantly reduced :)

I am not saying this is a guarantee for everyone as we all have different immune systems etc, but this will definitely assist anyone who is trying to reduce the symptoms of a cold / flu :)
