John Joseph

John Joseph had an extremely turbulent and challenging upbringing that is just hard to even imagine how hard it would have been. His story will certainly motivate anyone, no matter where there are in life to make positive change. He is now a Plant Based athlete ane advocate, but so much more than that. I first heard of him on the Rich Roll podcast where he has now done 5 interviews, but the first one is by far the best. If you don't kike swearing you should probably not listen, but I would still urge you to give it a go as it s a real captivating story and John keep's it real; John Joseph's Story

 

Jannette Murray-Wakelin

Janette's story of cancer recovery and then going on to accomplish remarkable feats like running around Australia with her husband Alan when they were both in their late 60s, as well as writing books.
