  It has become quite a cliche saying now that people will say to 'get outside of your comfort zone', or to 'get comfortable being uncomfortable'. But this concept truly is the way to experience personal growth, we should all challenge ourselves as often as possible, the end result is that you expand your comfort zone and some of the things you consider as challenges become easier.
